ARCHITECTURE

No visit to Copenhagen should be made without discovering the port, its modern buildings and the bathing areas: things that enhance the city’s reputation and its high quality of life. With 55% of people cycling to work, we will show you the keys to the success of Copenhagen's cycling policy.

The architecture of Copenhagen has undergone a revolution, launched by young and talented architects of worldwide renown.

We invite you to discover the interiors of several iconic buildings in Copenhagen, representative of the new Nordic architecture. By the end of these visits, all guided by specialists, we will have unlocked all their secrets for you.

Copenhagen is full of historic buildings whose function has been changed or have simply undergone major renovations. Some projects are especially ambitious and testify to the technical know-how of the Danes.

Copenhagen aims to become the world's first carbon-neutral capital in 2025. A real municipal strategy that defines and accompanies more than fifty initiatives which have been put in place to achieve this goal.

GASTRONOMY

The restaurants we select are representative of Danish cuisine from the most traditional to the most contemporary (new Nordic cuisine). We make reservations at exceptional restaurants in the neighbourhoods and buildings we visit. We always make meal breaks an architectural experience, choosing places that represent Danish design, culture or the urban experience.

CLIMATE / ENVIRONMENT PLAN / PRESERVATION OF HERITAGE

To introduce the local environmental policy, our contacts in Copenhagen municipality can meet you to arrange private conferences.

Examples of hot topics:

- Copenhagen, eco-metropolis: general presentation of the ambitious "2025 Climate Plan" and the means implemented to achieve it

- Copenhagen, cycling capital: a proactive policy to encourage cycling - The City as "creator of the environment"

- Alternative management of rainwater – preservation of heritage, renovation, sustainability - Adaptation to climate change (flooding of public spaces ...) and local development plans.

It is possible to combine the above presentations with guided tours:

- Visit of an office building with low energy consumption

- Visit of low-energy buildings in the city centre

- Visit buildings with green roofs

- Reduction of energy consumption in the renovation of old buildings (Valhalsgade cultural centre and Haraldsgade district).
